Religious mafia of the Manalo Family

mafia - Any tightly knit group of trusted associates
Mafia - A crime syndicate in the United States; organized in families; believed to have important relations to the Sicilian Mafia
Mafia - A secret terrorist group in Sicily; originally opposed tyranny but evolved into a criminal organization in the middle of the 19th century

Religious Dynasty runs in the Iglesia Ni Cristo. The Manalo family is influential in Philippine politics. Manalo family is filthy rich. INC members are proud of it even if most members are in a dire state of poverty; Manalo followers are proud and sometimes boastful of these blessings. I am sure though that the heaven is not happy with the riches and political power of the Manalo family. Starvation is everywhere in the streets of Manila, and yet, Manalo family is busy in cutting ribbons of new INC churches and defending political allies in politics. I cannot even see Iglesia Ni Cristo demanding good works from their election endorsed politicians. INC is more interested on Government Appointments in National Bureau of Investigations (NBI) but not in Department of Health (DOH) or Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). The intention of Iglesia Ni Cristo on their own interest is getting clearer on the way they act on certain issues.

Nepotism - Favoritism shown to relatives or close friends by those in power

I expect that after the reigning INC executive Minister Eduardo Manalo, another Manalo descendant will rule Iglesia Ni Cristo. Angelo Erano (son of Eduardo) is now starting his way up to ladder of the Manalo Corporation. Church donations by INC members are being surrendered and administered by the Manalo family. Iglesia Ni Cristo emphasizes more in buying expensive properties inside and outside of the Philippines and erecting churches. Helping other people is a less priority to the Manalo family since part of the Iglesia Ni Cristo teachings is that only INC members will go to heaven. All Catholics, Protestants, Muslims, Buddhists and other religions are all false religions. All non-INC members will burn in hell so spending money in feeding hungry people is just a waste of money. Iglesia Ni Cristo loves showmanship so all the charity works of INC are only for a show. They treat all of us 'enemies' of the INC faith.

The security force of the Iglesia Ni Cristo is one the most dreaded people in the Philippines. The convoy of vehicles wherever the INC executive minister goes often causes heavy traffic. Who knows what kind of firepower is inside of those vehicles to protect the INC leader in attending ribbon cuttings of new INC chapels. Reports say that Iglesia Ni Cristo has their own arsenal of ammunition in INC headquarters. INC members are willing to take a bullet for their INC leader and they are also willing to fire a bullet for their beloved leader. INC members are quite brave and scary with their own brand of strong convictions. INC members were hurt and died during the EDSA3 in trying to attack the Malacanang palace to unseat a Philippine president. INC murderers also exist.
